AHT started in 1992 with a simple idea: imaging facilities deserve an engineer on the other end of the phone. More than three decades later, we support imaging facilities across North America.
We exist because every imaging facility, big or small, needs someone on the other end of the phone who actually knows their scanner. Not a call center. Not a sales rep. An engineer.
Every system we sell is serialized, documented, and warrantied. Every service contract is signed by the people who will actually show up. And every part we ship has been physically tested on a like-model system before it ships.

Honest refurbishment
If a coil needs replacing to meet spec, we replace the coil. We do not "clean and re-crate."
Stay on schedule
First-patient-scan dates get written into the PO, and every job is planned backward from that date.
